Elm Point Cottage is also Ideal for Fall and Winter Retreats

Our off season rate is $650 per week and our weekend rate is $300 (Fri.,Sat.,Sun)

Please contact us for daily rates. Requests for full weeks during the peak season will be given priority. Rates are subject to change until deposit received.

To reserve a week, a $250 deposit must be received. The remaining rent will be due three weeks prior to the week reserved.

Refunds will be granted up to one month prior to the reserved week. Within one month of the reserved week, refunds will only be granted if the week is booked by other guests.

The check-in time is 3:00 pm Friday and the check-out time is 10:30 am the following Friday.
