Linens

Blankets, pillows, sheets, pillow cases, bath & hand towels and kitchen linens will be provided. Linens will be refreshed on a weekly basis. . Bed sizes are 1 queen, 1 full, 4 twin plus a spare twin mattress on the floor, and a queen size sleeper sofa.

Housekeeping

Housekeeping is provided on a weekly basis. To minimize maintenance costs and the time between check-outs and check-ins, please keep the house clean during your stay by cleaning up any spills, vacuuming crumbs, removing trash, etc. Housekeeping will perform general vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and bathroom cleaning each week.

No Smoking

As a courtesy to our guests, Elm Point Cottage is a smoke free environment and smoking of any type is prohibited inside the cottage.

No Pets

Pets are not allowed inside the Elm Point Cottage (due to allergy reasons).

Trash / Recycling

The trash containers inside the house are appropriately sized to fit plastic grocery bags. Please reuse your plastic grocery bags in the trash containers. A trash bin is located outside along the deck. Please take the trash bin out to the street on Sunday for Monday morning pick-up. The owners thank you for this service.

Family Environment

The Elm Point Road neighborhood is family-oriented. Please be respectful of neighbors and other people enjoying Rock Lake.

Damage

Guests will be expected to pay for the repair or replacement of damaged items. The owners are not responsible for the loss or theft of any personal items.

The Urgent Care of Lake Mills is located on 200 East Tyranena Park Road near I-94. Please call 920-648-3113 for the hours of operation.
